Modular Operation Theatre (MOT)
In an operating department for which the most integrated function is required, cleanliness must be kept and the safety of facilities, equipment and devices must be maintained any times. Furthermore, the working environment for medical staff such as doctors and nurses must be considered from the view point of human engineering. Our modular operating theater satisfying those conditions consists of wall, ceiling and slanted panels, and is capable of incorporating not only electrical equipment, medical gas system and lighting but all the necessary functions and equipment need.
❖SITC of Wall and ceiling panel made up of SS304 with gypsum board backing or EGP puff panel as per customer requirement
❖SITC of double coats of antibacterial & antifungal paint which protects against the growth of micro- organism such as mold yeast and bacteria on its surface.
❖SITC of Automatic hermetically sealed sliding door
❖SITC of Seamless Vinyl flooring with perfectly curved fish- covings, resistance to mechanical stress and dynamic load and having Electro static discharge (ESD)/(conductive) protection characteristics.
❖SITC of laminar flow with HEPA filter and AHU with carbon filter. Only clean air and order free air forced to enter inside MOT. Aluminum ducting and dedicated AHU used for each OT. Maintain Positive pressure
❖SITC of dimmable peripheral light, Surgeon Control Panel and special type of electrical wiring, Automatic Hermetically sealing sliding door
❖SITC of 2 Bay automatic Scrub station made up of SS 304
❖SITC of required sensor for temperature and humidity inside OT, pressure switch and alarm for medical gases
